Frequently Asked Questions
How can I purchase tickets at Moody Gardens?
Tickets can be purchased at one of our self-service kiosks located at the Visitors Center, the Aquarium Pyramid and at the Tiki Hut when it is open. Guests can also purchase tickets on-line. Please note - Moody Gardens® has implemented a cashless transaction policy property-wide and currently ONLY accepts credit cards.
Wheelchairs & Strollers
There is no charge to use Moody Gardens wheelchairs during your visit. They are available on a first-come, first-served basis in the Visitor Center and Aquarium. Guest Services staff will ask that you leave your driver's license as a form of deposit. Your license will be returned to you when you return the wheelchair.
Strollers are available to rent for $15 and are available first-come, first-served basis at the Visitors Center.
What are the ages for children's tickets?
Children's tickets are for Ages 4-12 (Ages 3 and under are Free to all attractions). Regular Admission tickets are for Ages 13 - 64. Senior tickets are for ages 65+.
How much does it cost to park at Moody Gardens?
Parking at Moody Gardens and at the Hotel is free!

Can I bring a cooler or outside food into Moody Gardens?
We do not allow outside food or drinks into our attractions such as the Rainforest, Aquarium or Palm Beach, but you are more than welcome to bring your own food to enjoy on our benches and tables found all around Moody Gardens.
Does Moody Gardens operate a shuttle to the airport or cruise terminal?
We do not provide a shuttle service to the airport or cruise terminal, however you can use any of the recommended services below for your transportation needs:
