This fall tradition blends deep learning with refreshing yoga practice, focusing on different body areas in each session. Keller provides insights into body mechanics, addressing common challenges and enhancing yoga practice with practical techniques.

BODY WORLDS RX: Prescriptions for Healthy Living

BODY WORLDS RX: Prescriptions for Healthy Living offers visitors the unique opportunity to dive deep and explore the intricate biology and physiology of human health and the dramatic effects of disease through a journey into the human body. The exhibit features real human specimens preserved through Plastination, a technique that removes fluids from the body and replaces them with hardened plastics.
From organs to muscles to the nervous system and skeletal structures, BODY WORLDS RX gives an unprecedented look inside the world's most sophisticated mechanism: the human body.

Moody Gardens Hope Therapy has teamed up for a second year with the Christina Sullivan Foundation to host the 33rd Annual Adaptive Sports Festival.  This event allows families to enjoy a day at Palm Beach and gives individuals with special needs the chance to participate in aquatic and land sports, such as water skiing, sailing, kayaking, fishing, archery, tennis, bocce ball and more with special equipment and instructors.
