Indulge in a romantic Valentine's dinner with a breathtaking view on the 9th floor of Moody Gardens Hotel. A very special Valentine’s menu will feature Crab stuffed Mushroom and a salad of Heirloom Tomato and Burrata, Frisee, Basil and Balsamic Pearls. Enjoy a Sea and Land Duo entrée of Cast Iron Filet Mignon with Red Wine Jus, Butter Poached Lobster Tail with Preserved Lemon Sauce and Herb-Infused Fondant Potatoes with caramelized Onions. A Molten Lava Cake with Vanilla Haagen-Dazs Ice cream and Chocolate shavings awaits for dessert. The regular Shearn’s menu will also be available. Cost: $90/person + tax and gratuity

The Aquarium Pyramid makes for a truly memorable setting for a Valentine’s dinner date on Saturday, Feb. 15. Enjoy a special evening with a romantic dinner at unique exhibit areas featuring penguins, sharks and other marine life. This spectacular buffet dinner includes a bottle of champagne, red or white wine, Butternut Squash Soup starter accompanied with a variety of salads. Entrée selections feature Pan Seared Grouper with Jumbo Lump Crab Citrus Butter, Slow Roasted Ribeye, Lemon Thyme Chicken, Crispy Lamb Backstrap with a variety of sides and the Chef’s selection of mini desserts. You will have the opportunity to meet a penguin with a biologist available to answer questions from 6 – 6:45pm. You can also check out the divers at the Ocean Rig Tank from 6:30 – 7pm. Cost: Starts at $279/couple + tax and gratuity.
