The Rainforest and Aquarium Pyramids offer unique visual and tactile experiences touching plants and animals. The theaters feature accessible seats with removable arms and areas for personal wheelchairs. Select films also feature headsets with descriptive text for the seeing impaired, headsets with amplified speakers and hand-held closed captioning devices for the hearing impaired.

During the summer months, guests can enjoy the interactive Splashpad and zero grade man-made lagoons at Palm Beach with ramps leading into the water. For guests wishing to stay overnight or longer, the four-diamond Moody Gardens® Hotel is the place to be, with 17 handicap accessible rooms, six of which offer roll-in showers.
