Pyramid Kids Camps - Summer 2013

Preschool Camps: Ages 3-4
Join us as we learn through story time, make a craft, have a themed snack, and visit one of the Pyramids at Moody Gardens®. Preschool camps are designed for campers 3-4 years of age, accompanied by one adult.

Hours: 9-11 a.m.
Fee: Non-members: $27per day

Get ready for adventure as we discover the amazing worlds of oceans, rainforests, and much more during our exciting Day Camps!Campers will learn about animals and their habitats through hands on exploration.Each camp includes a variety of activities, including making crafts, conducting experiments, playing games, and participating in guided tours of the Pyramids.Day camps are designed for campers ages 5-6 and 7-9.

Ever wonder what skills keepers need to take care of the animals?Join us to find out!Campers will learn about animal behaviors, practice their observation skills, learn about and make enrichment through hands on activities and games.The camp includes tours of the Rainforest and Aquarium Pyramids.This program is designed for campers ages 10-11.

Keeper for a Day Camps: Ages 12-14

Learn what it’s like to be a keeper for the animals at Moody Gardens!Explore animal training, enrichment, exhibit requirements, and help us prepare food diets for the animals in the Rainforest and Aquarium Pyramids.This program is designed for campers ages 12-14.
